A leading national law firm is seeking a litigation paralegal in their Atlanta office; this is a direct-hire, permanent position with the flexibility to work from home two days a week. This firm has an excellent reputation and is known for their collaborative work environment and firm leadership.

As a paralegal here, you will work on a variety of business litigation cases through all phases of litigation including trial preparation.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Performing legal researchDrafting legal documents and correspondenceE-filing with state and federal courtsCalendaring and managing docketAssisting with discoveryPreparing deposition materials and summariesDocument reviewInterviewing witnessesAssisting with depositions, arbitrations, trials and hearings
