Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a top-tier law firm located in the Chicago Loop. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a 40-hour workweek, hybrid/WFH flexibility, comprehensive benefits, and competitive compensation ranging from $90,000-$120,000, based on experience.

Qualifications & Responsibilities include:

Minimum of 5-10+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environmentBachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate requiredSupport trial preparation, including exhibit preparation, witness files, deposition coordination, and trial bindersConduct Bluebook cite-checking and assist with proofreading and formatting of briefs and filingsUtilize Relativity and other eDiscovery platforms to manage large-scale document reviews, productions, and data analysisAssist attorneys with drafting and filing pleadings, including initial pleadings, motions to compel, mediation summaries, and other case-related filingsManage and maintain case files, dockets, and deadlines to ensure compliance with court rules and scheduling ordersCoordinate with attorneys, clients, vendors, and opposing counsel regarding discovery, scheduling, and case logistics
