Job Description
Provide direct support to attorneys handling civil litigation matters Draft, revise, and finalize legal correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and motions Perform manual calendaring of deadlines in accordance with court rules File documents with state and federal courts, including e-filing Manage busy attorney schedules, travel arrangements, and expense reports Work independently and efficiently across multiple cases Maintain professionalism and attention to detail in a fast-paced legal settingQualifications
Minimum of 5 years of litigation legal secretary experience In-depth knowledge of state and federal court procedures, including e-filing Proficiency in manual calendaring without calendaring software Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience preparing TOAs/TOCs and complex litigation documents Familiarity with legal systems like iManage, Westlaw, PACER, and Coyote Analytics Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignmentsWhy This Is a Great Opportunity
