Job Description

Represent clients in federal and state courts and administrative forums Manage litigation matters from investigation through trial preparation and resolution Conduct discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial appearances Negotiate settlements and draft related legal documents Provide day-to-day legal counsel to clients on litigation-related matters

Qualifications

Must be licensed to practice law in New York Strong litigation background preferred (civil, education, public sector, or employment litigation experience ideal) Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage a caseload and work effectively within a team environment
