Our client is a full-service law firm with deep expertise in litigation and provides high-quality legal services to public agencies, private entities, and individuals throughout California. We are seeking an associate with 1-2 years of experience to join the expanding Litigation team. The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent writing, research and analytical skills
Support partners and senior attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on substantive legal issues
Manage case deadlines and ensure timely filings and compliance with procedural rules
Participate in client interviews, witness preparation, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.

The pay scale for associates ranges from $140,000 – $152,000 plus annual performance based bonuses. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
