Job Description
Manage a litigation docket of personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Conduct and defend depositions Attend hearings, mediations, and trials Work closely with paralegals and legal support staff to drive cases forward Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Prepare cases strategically from filing through resolution or trialQualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school Active Texas Bar license required Experience handling personal injury litigation matters Comfortable managing discovery, depositions, and court appearances Strong organizational, communication, and advocacy skills Trial experience is a plus but not requiredWhy You’ll Love Working Here
