Job Description

Independently manage litigation matters across all stages: case evaluation, intake, discovery, negotiation, trial, and appeal Represent clients in district and county courts as well as administrative hearings Handle insurance defense litigation, fiduciary and contract disputes, FHAA complaints, covenant enforcement, and real estate litigation Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and legal briefs Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda Communicate with clients to provide updates and strategic advice Collaborate with colleagues and support staff Participate in business development and firm networking initiatives

Qualifications

Must be licensed to practice law in Colorado 7+ years of district court litigation or insurance defense experience Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills Strong organizational and case management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case/document management software Knowledge of PracticeMaster and NetDocuments a plus Portable book of business is a bonus but not required
