This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments. What You’ll Do: + Perform daily and long-range activities defined by the scope of business. + Ensure compliance with all company policies, standards, and procedures. + Assist with reviewing and updating LIS and LTS equipment, maintenance, and calibration procedures. + Track and report performance on quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction. + Recommend corrective action to change and ensure contract requirements are executed above the specified standards. + Help with contractor specifications, problems, and issues, performance, and administration. + Confirm supply of spare parts and consumables are available. + Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. + Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. What You’ll Need: + High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. + Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. + Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. + Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the LIS/ LTS Tech position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for the LIS/ LTS Tech position is $83,000 position is annually.
