LIS Coordinator - Life Sciences Client Site Job ID 220454 Posted 20-May-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Laboratory Services Location(s) Spring House - Pennsylvania - United States of America **About the Role:** As a CBRE Integrated Laboratory Solutions (iLS) Coordinator, you will manage, organize and implement high-quality specialist engineering and coordination. You will also assist with providing support for a wide range of laboratory equipment. This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments. **What You’ll Do:** + Ensure customer focused equipment support while maintaining a high level of compliance. + Act as a point of contact for client customer base within site laboratories and external contractors arriving at site to repair/maintain scientific equipment. + Support all service administration tasks in collaboration with client metrology team. + Partner with the client metrology team to support management with the calibration and send away of devices, document controls and verifications. + Manage and improve the service logging process and asset database. + Track the performance of the scientific equipment and systems using Key Performance Indicators to instigate improvements and influence changes. + Maintain CMMS systems to keep accurate records of all equipment related faults to support data related initiatives. + Attend client meetings to review on-going performance areas for continual improvement. + Work with the planning or engineering teams to escalate calls for remediation, ensuring that the requestor is informed and updated at all stages of the process. + Help ensure that all relevant QHSE processes about contractor management are met, and the site remains audit ready. + Ensure all compliant documentation like engineering service reports are stored and filed according to GxP and GDP practices. + Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. + Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. + Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience, HNC/HND in relevant engineering and/or science discipline equivalent preferred. + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. + Ability to work in regulated environment and remain compliant for HSE and quality. + Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.). + Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. + Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. **Why CBRE?** CBRE is the leader in our field.
