The role
The role of liquidity management is to protect and cultivate the liquidity ecosystem in Currenex. The individual will harbor excellent interpersonal skills, a drive to optimize liquidity and client outcomes, a positive attitude and a strong command for analysis, process and productivity.
As FX Liquidity Manager you will:
Monitor and assess
Evaluate key performance metrics of anonymous Liquidity Providers and TakersAnalyze and distribute value add reporting to internal teams and external clientsMaintain and own all undisclosed liquidity on CurrenexDevelop own client relationships and lead client meetingsOwn/maintain/adjust your own space within the LM Dashboard (PowerBI application)Tailor and optimize liquidity pools for existing takersRepresent Makers liquidity to participants on the Currenex PlatformGrow
Leverage data to grow existing connections on Currenex, identifying gaps and opportunitiesBe a key stakeholder and driver behind market initiativesKeep up-to-date with market trends and initiativesCreate/maintain/adjust optimal Starter Liquidity PackagesCollaborate
Work as part of a global team with cultural awareness in a 24/5 marketWork with business intelligence and Data engineers in the optimization of liquidity configurationsCollaborate with global Sales, Support and Integration teamsBring forward ideas of platform development and optimizationBe the voice of the customer in campaigning for system adjustments/improvementsWhat we value
