As a Senior Product Associate in Liquidity & Account Solutions ("L&AS"), you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Morgan Liquidity & Account Solutions (”L&AS”) works with global clients with complex cash management needs who operates across multiple countries, currencies, legal entities, and time zones, including multi-national corporations, high-growth technology companies, commercial banks, non-bank financial institutions, central banks and broker dealers. Our advanced, end-to-end solutions which combine physical, notional and virtual techniques enable our clients to achieve visibility, control and optimization of working capital.

Job responsibilities 

Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discover Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product developmentServe as a subject matter expert for deposit products, ensuring timely updates to pricing in response to Central Bank actions and market eventsUtilize data analytics to identify portfolio trends and develop actionable insightsCollaborate effectively across teams to implement proactive strategies that remediate and optimize deposit portfolio pricing

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDemonstrated ability to develop and apply data analytics and data literacy skills to support business developmentProven ability in executing complex, large-scale analytical processes with precision and efficiencyStrong competencies in communication, problem-solving, analytics, organization, administration, and project management

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s degree Prior experience working within highly matrixed and complex organizational environmentsPreferred background in liquidity management, product management, or other related function under transaction bankingPrior experience in implementing process performance improvements and supporting system migrations preferredProficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
