Job Title: Liquid Line Operator
Job Description

As a Liquid Line Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines within a fast-paced production environment. Your role will involve machine operation, documentation, troubleshooting, and quality inspection, ensuring the smooth and efficient production process.

ResponsibilitiesOperate and manage machines efficiently, understanding their mechanisms and functions.Utilize computer systems to monitor machine weight and performance.Document production outputs accurately on paper or digitally.Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly.Conduct quality inspections before, during, and after machine operation.Maintain cleanliness in designated work areas.Take samples of chocolate for quality assurance.Essential SkillsAt least 2-3 years of machine operating experience.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Basic troubleshooting skills.Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in production and manufacturing settings.Mechanical aptitude and preventive maintenance knowledge.Experience with machine setup and operation.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This role is based in a food production facility with warm work areas and louder-than-average noise levels. You will be required to wear steel-toed boots, hairnets, beard nets, ear plugs, and gloves during your shift. The work schedule includes rotating days off, with at least two weekends required per month. Shifts are as follows: 1st shift from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, 2nd shift from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, and 3rd shift from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM, with one opening on the third shift. You must be open to working all days of the week in a 24/7 operation, with 5-10 hours of overtime per week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of American Canyon, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
