We are seeking an experienced Linux Administrator to support the technology initiatives of the IT Infrastructure team at Keywords. Linux Administrator will be responsible for follow-the-sun delivery and support of related services, prompt reaction on Linux infrastructure incidents as 2nd line support and cooperation with other infrastructure teams for resolution.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure that all escalated incidents are handled within SLA’s.Act as expert support for Linux stack related incidents and support requests.Installation, configuration, and support of Linux environment.Manage problem resolution with third party vendors.Participate in Problem management processes.Support company Linux infrastructure on premise and in a CloudProvide operational administration and configuration support for highly available server landscapes.Deliver new services according to the business requirements.Participate in integration projects, ensuring that new existing studios are brought to the latest infrastructure standards.Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.Create and maintain technical documentation on all system designs and configurations, troubleshooting procedures.
