**Hiring Line Workers in Hurlock, MD** Job Description Join our team in a dynamic production environment dedicated to creating top-quality food products. You will play a vital role in the production line, ensuring the efficient movement and packaging of products. Responsibilities + Work on production lines, boxing and stacking products. + Load and unload products into machines. + Palletize and wrap products. + Handle boxes weighing 15-20 pounds and stack them on pallets. + Open boxes with empty glass bottles and feed them into production machines. + Maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout the day. + Follow all GMP practices. Essential Skills + Experience in production, general labor, or warehouse environments. + Ability to lift 15-20 pounds. + Capacity to stand for shifts ranging from 10-12 hours. + Ability to work collaboratively on a high-speed production line. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with pallet jacks and packaging. + Comfortable working with strong smells from ingredients like garlic, jalapenos, salsa, and taco sauce. Temporary workers must wear royal blue shirts, and two will be supplied to you. Collaborate with a diverse team, often communicating in Spanish or Haitian Creole, in a bustling warehouse environment with up to 200 colleagues during peak season. Facilities include lockers for personal items and a break room with microwaves and vending machines. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hurlock, Maryland. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
