**Job Title: Line Worker $18+** Job Description Join our team in a production manufacturing setting where you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production of plastic parts. Your responsibilities will include writing information legibly, tracking order information, pulling part tickets as needed, and ensuring machinery is operating smoothly. You will also be responsible for stacking, palletizing parts, and using tools such as rulers and tape measures. The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted and requires quality checking of parts hourly or as needed. Responsibilities + Oversee production of plastic parts. + Legibly write and track order information. + Pull part tickets as needed for production runs. + Monitor machinery and keep parts organized. + Stack and palletize parts efficiently. + Use rulers and tape measures for accurate measurements. + Lift items weighing up to 50 lbs unassisted. + Walk up and down stairs to load hoppers. + Perform quality checks on parts hourly or as needed. Essential Skills + 2+ years of manufacturing experience. + Ability to pass a ruler/measuring test with 90% accuracy. + Comfortable with lifting 50 pounds multiple times per shift. + Proficiency in reading a tape measure. + Ability to work independently or as part of a team. + High school diploma. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Previous machine operation experience preferred. + Experience with micrometers, calipers, and gauges is beneficial. + Knowledge of hand and power tools. + Experience in extrusion, assembly line, and quality control. Shifts include 1st (6:45am-3:15pm), 2nd (2:45pm-11:15pm), and 3rd (10:45pm-7:15am) with competitive pay. Steel toe shoes are required for safety. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waterville, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
