Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Line Technician for the 3rd shift to operate and monitor production lines, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production lines to ensure smooth workflow.Rotate tasks to support various stages of the manufacturing process.Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to minimize downtime.Maintain cleanliness and organization around workstations and conveyor areas.Adapt to shifting production needs and follow dynamic schedules.Essential SkillsExperience in food manufacturing and beverage distribution.Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).Proficiency in warehouse and production operations.Minimum of one year in production, with preference for food production experience.Hand dexterity for handling small objects with precision.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in bottling, particularly in the wine industry, is preferred.Previous experience in fast-paced food handling and packaging.Ability to maintain high performance and monitor product quality.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This role operates on the 3rd shift from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, requiring work on two Saturdays per month. The fast-paced production environment involves standing, hand dexterity, and repetitive motion, with exposure to strong odors and liquid on floors. Adherence to GMP is essential, requiring handwashing, PPE (hair nets, smocks), and restrictions on jewelry and false nails/lashes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.88 - $20.88/hr.
