**Job Title: Line Technician - 3rd Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Line Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift. You will play an essential role in our production line, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining product quality. This position requires adaptability to dynamic schedules and the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. **Responsibilities** + Operate and monitor production lines to ensure smooth workflow. + Rotate tasks to support various stages of the manufacturing process. + Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to minimize downtime. + Maintain cleanliness and organization around workstations and conveyor areas. + Adapt to shifting production needs and follow dynamic schedules. **Essential Skills** + Experience in food manufacturing and production. + Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). + Minimum of one year in production. + Hand dexterity for handling small objects with precision. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6+ months of fast food experience preferred. + Experience in food production, bottling, and general manufacturing. + Strong background in fast-paced food handling and packaging. + Previous experience in food manufacturing preferred. **Why Work Here?** Join a company with over 25 years of success and growth. Be prepared for exposure to strong odors like vinegar and hot peppers, and liquid on floors. The role operates under GMP regulations, requiring handwashing, and the use of PPE such as hair nets and smocks, with no jewelry or false nails/lashes allowed. The 3rd shift runs from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday to Friday, with two required Saturdays per month. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of AMERICAN CANYON, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.88 - $20.88/hr.
