Job Title: Line Operator

Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Line Operator, responsible for overseeing the production lines at our liquid and dry powder plants. You will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of household cleaning products, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Oversee and run the production line, managing 3-8 laborers depending on the job.Instruct team members on their tasks and oversee the quality of the products.Set up and make minor adjustments to the line using basic tools such as allen keys, ratchets, and wrenches.Receive and organize daily job lists, ensuring targets are met.Direct and guide others with confidence.Perform quality checks, pulling products off the line every 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Essential Skills

Experience in production and machine operation.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Strong communication skills.Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.Capability to direct others and perform machine set up and maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience setting up machines and performing changeovers.Experience managing others.
