**Job Title: Line Operator $17.50-19.50/HR** **Location:** Rock Island, Illinois **Shift:** 1st, 2nd, 3rd **Job Description** Join our **Line 1 Operating Team** , where you'll play a vital role in the production of high-quality blades. This team rotates through four key positions during an 8-hour shift, ensuring smooth operations and consistent product quality. **Key Responsibilities** + Place blades on the conveyor line for processing through the oven/furnace. + Use hand tools or grabbers to transfer blades from the oven to the press. + Remove blades from the press and place them in a quench for cooling. + Hang blades on a line for painting, perform quality inspections, and prepare finished products for shipment. **Essential Skills** + General labor and production experience + Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities + Team-oriented mindset + Proficiency in measuring tools and machine operation + High attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications** + Prior experience in manufacturing + Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts and lift 40–50 lbs + Detail-oriented with a focus on identifying quality defects + Willingness to learn and follow structured operating rhythms **Why Work With Us?** Be part of a growing company recently acquired by **Agrisolutions** , offering opportunities for advancement across multiple departments.
