Job Title: Line Operator- All Shifts - $18/hr

Responsibilities

Load and unload machines with steel parts.Create and inspect parts for quality assurance using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.Follow work order and print instructions to ensure accuracy.Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.Ability to work independently.Capability to lift 50 lbs unassisted.Experience with hand and power tools.

Work Environment

Work in a mid-size manufacturing company within a clean and expanding facility. The company operates on a 4-10's schedule with both 1st and 3rd shifts. Training for night shifts will initially occur during the day. The environment is casual, allowing tasteful attire and the option to listen to music with one earbud. The focus is on maintaining a work-life balance, emphasizing full weekends with family.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
