As an Plastic Process Line Operator, you will play a critical role in the production process, loading and unloading molding machines, assembling components, and ensuring product quality. This hands-on role requires a strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow technical documentation.
Responsibilities:Load and unload components from molding and inserting machinesUse hand tools, power tools, and tape guns safely and effectivelyPerform visual inspection and process verification to ensure product qualityHandle and install components with care and accuracyRead and interpret Bills of Materials (BOM), routers, and work instructionsQualifications and Requirements:Ability to read and understand Bills of Materials and assembly instructionsMust be able to lift 50 lbs. or more as neededStrong attention to detail and quality standardsExperience in manufacturing or injection molding a plus, but not requiredMust be able to pass pre-employment screeningsBenefits and Perks:$16/hr. starting wageMedical, Dental, Vision, and voluntary insurance options100% Tuition Reimbursement401(k) with company match and no vesting scheduleSupportive, team-oriented work environmentOpportunities for training and career advancementYour New Organization:
