**Job Title: Line Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
As a Line Maintenance Technician, you will assist in maintaining all plant processes in your assigned area. You will troubleshoot problems on the bottling/can line, work closely with the quality department, and document all work. Your responsibilities will include setting up new product lines with frequent changeovers, performing PLC work when needed, fixing and changing motors and gearboxes, and using Micrologics programs with ethernet capability. This position requires the ability to lift 50 lbs and work on machines in the 500 and 505 series.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist in maintaining all plant processes in the assigned area.
+ Troubleshoot problems on the bottling/can line.
+ Work closely with the quality department.
+ Document all work performed.
+ Set up new product lines with changeovers ranging from 15-35 minutes.
+ Perform PLC work when needed.
+ Fix and change motors and gearboxes.
+ Use Micrologics programs with ethernet capability.
+ Perform frequent preventive maintenance tasks.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Sense of urgency in critical situations
+ 1-3 years of maintenance experience on automated equipment or a maintenance or automation degree from a technical school
+ Military experience is transferable
+ High school diploma or GED required

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $54000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
