**Job Title: Production Lead** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Leader to coordinate and manage production activities. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient execution of production plans and drive continuous improvement efforts while maintaining high-quality standards. **Responsibilities** + Coordinate and track production activities to meet daily FG/WIP/Kanban requirements. + Execute production plans with an emphasis on efficiency and continuous improvement. + Communicate effectively with supporting functions and lead resolution initiatives. + Ensure quality workmanship that adheres to IPC standards and work instructions. + Manage team performance, monitor attendance, and allocate human resources appropriately. + Engage with direct reports to foster innovation and engagement. + Assess team member skills, provide appropriate training, and maintain high levels of cross-training. + Conduct regular Kaizen team meetings to address issues, improve throughput, and track improvement actions. + Resolve rejected material issues and coordinate with quality teams. + Track, output, and ensure timely shipment of RMA products. + Execute ECO, rework, and repair tasks. + Monitor MRP & WIP activities for accuracy and work order completion. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in leadership, management, and supervision. + Experience with electrical assembly, wiring, circuit boards, and component assembly. + Mechanical assembly skills. + At least six months of electronic assembly experience. + Ability to navigate a computer. + Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. + Ability to stand or sit for 8-10 hours a day. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to cross-train and move to other departments. + Not color blind (must be able to distinguish different colors of wires and parts). + Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small parts. + Experience working under a microscope. + Experience operating machines and using hand/power tools based on work orders. + Troubleshooting experience. + Soldering and assembly experience (J-standard is a plus). **Why Work Here?** Join a team that offers a bright and modern work environment where innovation and continuous improvement are encouraged. You will be standing for the entire shift. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Peter, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $43.71/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
