Make It With Pride.** The Line Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a production line, ensuring efficient operation, adherence to safety standards, and the production of high-quality products. The Line Lead will provide guidance and support to line operators, troubleshoot equipment issues, and maintain a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities: + Leadership & Supervision: + Lead and supervise a team of line operators, providing guidance, training, and support. + Delegate tasks effectively and ensure proper allocation of resources. + Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback. + Promote a positive and collaborative work environment. + Production Operations: + Oversee the operation of the production line, ensuring efficient and continuous production. + Monitor production output and identify areas for improvement. + Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs with maintenance personnel. + Ensure adherence to production schedules and targets. + Quality Control: + Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure product quality meets established standards. + Conduct regular inspections of finished products to identify defects or deviations. + Take corrective action to address quality issues and prevent recurrence. + Maintain accurate records of quality control checks and findings. + Safety & Compliance: + Enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. + Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for line operators. + Identify and address potential safety hazards. + Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies. + Maintenance & Housekeeping: + Oversee routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment. + Ensure proper storage of materials and supplies. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Reporting & Documentation: + Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and other relevant metrics. + Prepare reports on production performance and identify trends. + Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members. **More about this role** **Job specific requirements:** To be based in Shah Alam Plant No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** **Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia is in five countries serving 19 markets with more than 18 nationalities and 7,500 employees.
