Delegate tasks and responsibilities across the production lineAssist in onboarding and training new team membersFill in on the line during employee breaksAssign and manage break schedules for line staffMonitor production output to ensure goals are consistently metPartner with the quality department to uphold product standardsTrack and report production metrics accuratelyMinimum of 3 years in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environmentProven leadership experience in a production or manufacturing settingAbility to communicate effectively in SpanishPLUS +Experience in the food industryExperience working with raw ingredients

Delegará tareas y responsabilidades en toda la

línea de producción.

Asistirá en la incorporación y capacitación de

Suplirá los descansos de los empleados.

Asignará y gestionará los horarios de descanso del

personal de línea.

Supervisará el rendimiento de la producción para

garantizar el cumplimiento constante de los objetivos.

Colaborará con el departamento de calidad para

mantener los estándares del producto.

Realizará un seguimiento preciso de las métricas

de producción y las reportará.

Mínimo de 3 años en un entorno de fabricación

regulado por las BPM.

Experiencia demostrada en liderazgo en un entorno

de producción o manufactura.

Capacidad para comunicarse eficazmente en español.

ADEMÁS:

Experiencia en la industria alimentaria.

Experiencia trabajando con materias primas.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $49920.00/yr.
