Job Title: Line Leader

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Line Leader to oversee operations within a food production environment. This role involves delegating tasks, supporting new hire training, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring product quality in collaboration with the quality department. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, capable of stepping in during breaks, and committed to meeting production goals while tracking key performance metrics.
