**Job Title: Line Leader** **Job Description** The ideal candidate will serve as a line leader within a food production environment, effectively delegating tasks on the production line and assisting with the training of new hires. The role involves filling in on the line during breaks, assigning breaks, ensuring the line meets production goals, and collaborating with the quality department to guarantee that products meet quality standards. It operates within a GMP setting, utilizing gravity-fed high-speed packaging equipment for mostly dry goods such as powders. The facility is well-lit and spacious, with plans for expansion. Candidates should be comfortable working 10-hour shifts Monday to Friday and some Saturdays, with available shift times from and 4:00 pm to 2:30 am. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Elgin, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $49920.00/yr.
