Line Lead Details:

Contract to Hire position$20.00 /hourVarious shifts available (Sunday through Sunday from 12:00am to 12:00pm)Supervise and coordinate activities across multiple production linesEnsures Company’s SOP, cGMP and PPE policies are adhered toInspects equipment used on the production line for cleanliness and operationMonitor line performance and implement improvements to maximize efficiency and minimize downtimeMaintains a safe and clean working environmentEnsures the product at every stage throughout fill production, assembly and packaging meets quality standards

Line Lead Qualifications:

REQUIRED bilingual, able to read, write, communicate, and understand English and Spanish3 + years of strong, solid experience in production manufacturing and leadershipHigh school diploma or GED minimumExcellent attention to detail Basic math skills including adding, subtraction, multiplication, and divisionTime management skills, and multitasking abilityStrong computer skillsKnowledge of production equipment and processesKnowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
