Responsibilities + Lead operations on pelletizing or grinding lines. + Operate forklifts to move materials within the facility. + Oversee line operations of pelletizers and grinders. + Assist in constructing boxes for material handling. + Load materials onto conveyor belts. + Ensure compliance with safety standards across the facility. Essential Skills + Forklift operation experience. + Proven machine operation skills. + 2+ years of manufacturing or industrial experience. + Ability to lift 50+ lbs unassisted. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with inventory counting, shipping, and receiving. + Palletizing, loading, and unloading expertise. + Steel toe, bump cap, and ear protection usage required. + Leadership mentality with a willingness to address issues in group settings. + Previous forklift experience. Work Environment Work in a manufacturing facility with an attached warehouse area, alongside 40-50 employees. The facility focuses on industrial and unused plastics. This role is for a 3rd shift, 8-hour grind line running Monday through Friday from 11 PM to 7 AM, with initial training on 1st shift for two weeks. Protective gear, including steel-toed shoes, bump caps, eye, and ear protection are required, along with appropriate attire such as jeans or long pants and a T-shirt. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pandora, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.75/hr.
