**Job Title: Line Leader - Pelletizing and Grinding** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking individual to lead our pelletizing or grinding line. This role involves operating forklifts to move materials, overseeing line operations, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The facility specializes in grinding and pelletizing industrial plastics. The role involves working 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, specifically on the 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7 AM, Monday through Friday. Initial training will occur on the 1st shift for two weeks. The dress code requires steel-toed shoes, jeans or long pants, and a T-shirt, with protective gear such as bump caps, eye and ear protection provided. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.75/hr.
