What you will have an opportunity to do:

Are you passionate about culinary excellence and creating memorable dining experiences? Our fine dining hotel kitchen is looking for a PM Line Cook with strong bakeshop experience and cold prep skills (a plus!) to join our high‑performing culinary team. If you thrive in a professional kitchen, value attention to detail, and love being part of a team that delivers exceptional guest experiences, we want to meet you. Shift will typically run from 2 pm to 10pm, weekends and holiday availability a must.

What You Will Do

Prepare food according to the hotel’s established culinary standards and recipes.Ensure precision, consistency, and attention to detail in every dish.Assist with bakeshop production, including pastries, desserts, and baked goods.Support cold prep as needed to keep service flowing smoothly.Maintain an unwavering commitment to guest service, quality, and consistency.Follow all daily sanitation, cleanliness, and safety procedures aligned with hotel standards.
