**Job Description:** As a Production Line Worker, you will play a key role in PPG’s service-focused operation, applying protective coatings to customer parts. This facility does **not** manufacture parts, but rather provides specialized coating services. **Key Responsibilities:** + Load and unload parts onto the production line + Perform basic visual inspections for rust, damage, or coating quality + Wear and maintain all required PPE, including: + Safety glasses + Bump cap + Sleeves + Gloves + Hearing protection (as needed) + Steel-toe shoes (voucher provided after 90 days of full-time hire) + Follow safety and quality procedures on a daily basis **Work Environment:** + Industrial setting with exposure to heat/cold depending on season + Physical work requiring repetitive lifting, standing, bending, and moving parts + Team-oriented, fast-paced production floor + PPE must be worn at all times as instructed **Schedule & Availability:** + Monday–Friday, 6:55 AM – 3:00 PM + 8-hour shifts, **paid from 6:55 AM due to required startup meetings** + Occasional weekend shifts offered on a voluntary basis + Overtime offered when business needs require **Candidate Requirements:** + Comfortable lifting **up to 25 lbs** consistently + Able to work in a physically demanding environment + Safety-first mindset with willingness to follow PPE policies + Reliable attendance and punctuality + High school diploma or GED preferred If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
