We are seeking a dedicated Lighting Supervisor to oversee and collaborate with electrical lighting technicians at a facility in the Midwest. The Lighting Supervisor will ensure that projects are completed on time, safely, and with the highest quality. This role includes providing direction and training to a team of 3-4 lighting technicians.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of 3-4 lighting technicians.Ensure a clean and safe working environment by following all OSHA guidelines.Assist with training of Lighting Technicians in compliance with company policies, procedures, and National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines.Provide clear and proper direction to team members daily.Learn and teach the correct assembly and installation of lamps, ballasts, and other lighting components, adhering to NEC guidelines.Maintain the jobsite to the highest standards, ensuring it is clean, prepared, and free from hazards.Maintain professionalism when interacting with representatives, management, and employees.Conduct daily toolbox safety meetings.Keep daily logs of work performed and attendance.Communicate effectively with the Project Manager, Superintendent, and management via in-person, phone, and email.
Essential Skills3+ years of foreman experience managing a crew of 3-4+.Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Experience safely working off a ladder and/or aerial lift.Valid driver's license.High School Diploma.
Additional Skills & QualificationsOSHA 10 or 30 Certification.Lift Certification.Mechanical experience.Previous experience in similar environments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
