Job Description

We are looking for motivated and detail‑oriented Circuit Card Assemblers (CCA) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high‑quality electronic components that meet strict industry and customer standards. Key Responsibilities

Produce high‑quality circuit card assemblies that meet established standards and specifications.Follow detailed written work instructions and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures when handling materials, chemicals, and tools.Participate in LEAN and Six Sigma improvement activities to enhance workplace efficiency.Support and uphold the company’s mission, values, and culture through professional conduct.Perform entry‑level assembly tasks including mechanical assembly, harnessing, cable assembly, and PCB sub‑assemblies.Apply spray coatings and conduct inspections using models, drawings, and documentation.Complete simple hardware installations such as screws, washers, and nuts.Understand and follow build documentation accurately.Conduct pull-tests, verify tooling, and operate torque tools correctly.Interpret work instructions to assemble multiple units and perform basic troubleshooting as needed.Utilize production tools, including routers, parts lists, and work instructions.Perform wire preparation, auto bonding, and sleeving tasks.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Johnstown, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
