**Job Title: Light Industrial Assembler** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Light Industrial Assembler responsible for assembling components and products, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to an efficient production process. Responsibilities + Assemble components and products according to technical specifications and assembly instructions. + Operate and maintain manufacturing tools and machinery safely and efficiently. + Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards. + Troubleshoot and report defects or malfunctions in assembly processes. + Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment. + Collaborate with team members to optimize efficiency and workflow. + Maintain records of assembly production and report progress to supervisors. Essential Skills + Proficiency in assembly and production processes. + Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions. + Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and machinery. + Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. + Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork mindset. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. + Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production preferred. + Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
