**Job Title: Industrial Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Industrial Assembler to join our team in building customer-specific pumps. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in reading blueprints and using hand tools to assemble various pump models based on specific customer needs. **Responsibilities** + Build customer-specific pumps using detailed blueprints. + Work with a variety of pump designs, adapting to different customer specifications. + Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble pumps efficiently and accurately. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Minimum of 5 years working experience, though candidates with strong mechanical backgrounds and the ability to learn quickly will also be considered. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior plumbing experience, especially with PVC or stainless pipes. + Experience in carpentry or woodworking. + Experience with plastic fabrication is a plus. + Understanding of heat penetration for plastic and metal welding. **Why Work Here?** Join a contract-to-hire position in a small, close-knit manufacturing company where employees are valued for long-term commitment.
