Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Circuit Card Assemblers (CCA) who are responsible and accountable for producing quality work to prescribed standards. The role focuses on continuous improvement to meet customer commitments on schedule and within budget. The assembler will follow written work instructions and must maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety procedures. We will be conducting interviews starting this week.
ResponsibilitiesProduce quality work to prescribed standards with a focus on continuous improvement.Follow written work instructions and maintain safety by adhering to all procedures, including WHMIS.Properly use required PPE and participate in LEAN Events, 'Six S' activities, action teams, etc.Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization.Perform entry-level assembly functions, including prep, mechanical, harness, cable, and printed circuit board sub-assemblies.Conduct spray application and inspection, typically working from models and/or drawings within Production.Perform simple assemblies and hardware installation, including screws, washers, nuts, and have a basic understanding of build documentation.Perform pull-tests, verify tooling, use torque tools, and have the ability to interpret and assemble multiple units in depth.Basic troubleshooting and ability to access production tools such as routers, parts lists, and work instructions.Be able to wire prep, auto bond, and sleeving.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
