**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Lift Planners** for projects located in **Ruther Glenn, VA** . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is **up to $33.65/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Lift Planner eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Creating and sending lift plans for crane and rigging operations + Working with rigging team using 2D/3D/Liccon lift + Create CAD drawings for bidding and lift plan proposals + Create and submit AHAs and MOPs for lift plans + Draw crane positioning on site plans + Safely operate various types of cranes to lift, move, and place materials, equipment, or personnel + Drive cranes to job sites and perform proper setup in compliance with the manufacturer’s manual and company safety standards, including the placement of cribbing blocks, mats, and pads + Assist with crane assembly by bolting or pinning boom sections to modify boom lengths as required + Coordinate the efforts of oilers, truck drivers, and helpers in crane setup and breakdown + Respond to and interpret signals from crew members during lifting operations + Support rigging operations and participate in all phases of modular delivery projects + Assist in the development of lift plans, provide input during proposal stages, and help secure site access and necessary permit **Requirements** + Detail oriented able to multitask efficiently + Possess excellent customer service skills + Must possess valid Drivers License + Accurate typing proofing of own work + Ability to communicate orally and written + Ability to conduct business with the highest level of personal integrity + Experience with Cranes and heavy equipment preferred + Bachelors in construction management business engineering or relative field preferred or equivalent of five years of experience + Mastery of CAD minimum of 1 year experience required + Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel and Power Point + Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
