Life Support Instructor - Education - IMC

MAJOR FUNCTION:

This position supports the Life Support program by educating individuals and groups on AHA accredited classes focused on CPR, first aid, and advanced cardiovascular life support, among other topics; assessing student performance, and ensuring proper documentation. The Life Support Instructor plays a crucial role in public health and safety by equipping people with the skills to respond to cardiac emergencies. 

Education & Experience:

Associate's degree preferred. Minimum two years teaching experience as an AHA instructor. 

Certification/Licensure:    

 ACLS, PALS, BLS, and Heart Saver certified. Maintain competencies in the primary practice area.
