Job Title: Licensing Specialist

Job Description

Analyze the laws of States and local Governments and apply the requirements for obtaining critical sales and operational licenses in the assigned region. You will interact with Franchisees and Corporate Operations personnel to gather necessary information for application completion and provide updates on licensing activities. Engage with State and Local licensing officials to acquire relevant licensing information and maintain a comprehensive licensing database. Offer advice and counsel on the application of various licensing requirements to current and proposed operations.

Responsibilities

Analyze state and local laws to determine licensing requirements.Coordinate with Franchisees and Corporate Operations to collect information for license applications.Update stakeholders on the status of licensing activities.Communicate with state and local officials to gather licensing information.Oversee and maintain a comprehensive licensing database for the assigned region.Provide advice and counsel on licensing requirements for current and proposed operations.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in bank reconciliation and credit card transactions.Experience in expense allocations and Microsoft Office.Knowledge of accounting, auditing, and compliance.Associate's degree required.Experience in mortgage or licensing is needed.Strong reading and analytical skills.Strong communication skills.Extensive experience with database software programs.Attention to detail and a curious nature are essential.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
