Licensing Project Coordinator
As the Registration Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the management of customer projects, maintaining service levels and meeting customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Use a variety of skills to initiate, design, plan, execute, monitor, and complete projects.
• Work with the client and various internal departments, to identify, analyze and
implement title management projects.
• Create project timeline and maintain those deadlines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with manager, clients and team members to set expectations, objectives and convey information regarding deliverables.
• Monitor status of Projects to execute bulk request and while ensuring consistent delivery of value to the client by dividing the project in smaller units that can be managed.
• Assign prioritized work for the day ensuring completion of Projects and focusing on those approaching their due dates.
• Use established KPIs to assess Project success while creating continuous
opportunities for improvement in the Team.
• Function as a SME for processors and internal stakeholders, such as FPS and
Commercial
• Manage incoming project requests timely and accurately
• Identify and resolve errors prior to submission of a project.
• Create reports to update our clients on current project status
• Continue to develop SOPs for all the transaction types we handle
• Distribute daily service cloud cases we receive to ensure they are addressed within the SLAs.
Requirements:
High school diploma/equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
2-3 years’ experience managing registration processes
Intermediate Excel/ Smartsheet experience
Collaboration skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
