Job Title: Licensing Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensing Analyst to ensure our business operations comply with all licensing regulations. This role involves researching licensing regulations, communicating with vendors to maintain current licenses, and tracking licensing statuses to facilitate uninterrupted business activities.

Responsibilities

Research and due diligence of all license and permitsApplying for all applicable licenses and permitsCommunicating with outside entities/jurisdictions (state, county and city) regarding license and permitsManaging and maintaining documentation and coordinate activities related to a wide variety of regulatory agenciesMaintaining project plans for new integration projects both before and after the transactionMaintaining Smartsheet and OneNote project pageFollowing‐up on all license and permit submittals, ensuring the process is complete and hard copy has been receivedSupporting Integration, Facilities, Construction, and sign vendors with any new projects' regulatory compliance request

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Excel and Office suite is essential.Experience in Smartsheets1-3+ years in LicensingProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.Experience in licensing and invoice analysis.Strong project management skills.

This is a Contract position based out of Lewisville, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
