Job Title: Licensing Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensing Analyst to ensure our business operations comply with all licensing regulations. This role involves researching licensing regulations, communicating with vendors to maintain current licenses, and tracking licensing statuses to facilitate uninterrupted business activities.

Responsibilities

Research and understand relevant licensing regulations.Maintain communication with vendors to ensure licenses are up-to-date.Track licensing status to determine the continuity of business operations.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.Experience in licensing and invoice analysis.Strong project management skills.Ability to use VLOOKUP and other advanced Excel functions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Excel and Office suite is essential.Experience in Smartsheets1+ years in Licensing

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
