Are you a compassionate and dedicated nurse looking to make a meaningful impact? Join our dedicated Long Term Care (LTC) team where you'll provide compassionate nursing care under the guidance of the Director of Nursing. In this role, you’ll support residents by administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting care. You’ll also lead and support CNAs and CMTs to ensure residents receive high-quality, respectful care in alignment with care plans and state/federal regulations. Key Responsibilities: + Conduct assessments and collect patient data + Administer medications and treatments as directed + Document patient care accurately and promptly + Provide nursing care in compliance with the Missouri State Board of Nurse Practice Act Minimum Requirements: + Graduation from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program + Licensed as a practical nurse in the State of Missouri + Certified in BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) + Experience in a Long Term Care setting or similar clinical environment Preferred Qualifications: + State-approved certification in IV Therapy If you’re ready to make a difference in the lives of our patients and thrive in a supportive, dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you!
