Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description

This position is for an LPN in an Oncology clinic. The role requires experience with patient follow-up phone calls, pharmacy communications, and telephone triage, aiming to provide exceptional care and support to our patients.

Responsibilities

Conduct follow-up phone calls to patients to ensure their well-being and address any concerns.Manage pharmacy calls and handle refill requests efficiently.Perform telephone triage to assess patient needs and provide appropriate guidance.Coordinate care for oncology and outpatient patients.

Essential Skills

At least 2 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).Proficiency in using EPIC software.Strong skills in telephone triage.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in oncology and/or outpatient settings is preferred.
