\nKey Responsibilities
\n\nPromotes safety and health to all team members by educating team members on protocols, injury prevention, ergonomics, and wellness programs. Collaborates cross-functionally to promote health programs and occupational health compliance. \nProvides appropriate health evaluations and treatment for work and non-work-related injuries and illnesses. \nPerforms drug and alcohol testing per policy. \nAssists with case management strategies for work related injuries and illnesses. \nParticipates in Incident investigations as necessary. \nServes as liaison with medical claims adjusters, medical providers, and/or counsel for workers’ compensation. \nMaintains accurate documentation and assists in departmental medical records upkeep ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations (i.e., HIPAA). \nParticipates in Safety, Health Services, and Human Resources projects and initiatives, such as flu shot clinics, health screenings, stress management workshops, etc. \nStays up to date with workplace safety regulations, healthcare best practices, and OSHA recordkeeping rules to ensure compliance with local and federal laws. \n\nMinimum Qualifications (Educations & Experience)
\n\nCurrent unrestricted LPN license to practice nursing in hiring state (or compact licensure state) \nCurrent certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED \nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent \n1+ years of relevant experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role \n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities

\n\nWork will be performed in a variety of conditions including a climate-controlled office environment(s) and in a manufacturing plant environment with varying conditions, such as cold areas, wet areas, warm areas, chemicals, and other site conditions. This position requires the individual to wear and work in personal protective equipment while in the manufacturing environment. \nThe noise level of the office environment is usually moderate; the noise level in the manufacturing environment may exceed 85 DBA and require hearing protection. \nOccasional travel may be required. \n\nDisclaimer
