Pay: $55–$60 per visit

Location: Oahu, Hawaii (must have reliable transportation — we serve the entire island)

Schedule: Flexible / Per diem — build your own caseload

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes under RN direction Assist with medication management and patient education Perform wound care and routine skilled nursing tasks within scope Communicate changes in patient condition to RN / clinical team Document accurately and on time

 

Requirements

Current Hawaii LPN license 1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred) Strong communication and documentation skills Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation Ability to work independently in the field
