Our client, a leading insurance provider, is seeking a Farmers Ins - Licensed Insurance Representative to join their team. As a Farmers Ins - Licensed Insurance Representative, you will be part of the insurance sales and customer service department supporting the agency's growth and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a dedication to delivering excellent service, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Licensed Insurance Representative

Location: El Paso, TX

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

What's the Job?

Market, quote, and sell Farmers personal and commercial insurance products, including Property & Casualty policies Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through professional and ethical sales practices Educate customers on policy options, coverage limits, and risk management strategies Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, policy changes, and claims-related questions Maintain accurate client records and documentation using agency management systems and computer-based tools

What's Needed?

Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License (required) Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field preferred Strong communication, consultative sales, and interpersonal skills Computer literate with the ability to learn insurance and CRM systems quickly Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
