Job Description One of the largest insurance agencies in Portland, OR seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our clients and sales team by delivering exceptional service. This role is responsible for servicing existing accounts, handling policy changes, and ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining compliance with agency and carrier guidelines.
