OverviewWe are looking for an experienced solution focused individual to join our team and work with our customers and staff in promoting, educating, and encouraging mental health while providing the environment to achieve this. A successful candidate will be accountable for the overall leadership and coordination of the mental health program, create and maintain inclusive site wide programs and will serve as the site’s content expert to ensure best practices and that the newest information on community mental health are being applied. The LCSW’s duties will also include assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating actions required to meet the customer’s needs. The LCSW will provide support through the creation of reports, referrals, and other documentation. Ultimately, in this role, you will work directly with both staff and customers to help them overcome mental health barriers and lead a healthier life.
Responsibilities Participates in the maintenance and implementation of mental health programsManages and supports customers / job seekers facing the stress of the job search and going through difficult timesCreates reports on ongoing program process and analytics Assesses and connects customers to recommend activities and behavioural routines to meet the needs of the individualMaintains confidentiality of customer records and conversationsPerforms general evaluations to determine treatment priorities, such as referrals, programs and outside agencies Provides site with mental health focused training and opportunities for mental wellbeing growthOther duties as assigned Qualifications Master’s degree program in either Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Mental Health counseling or similarFully licensed practitioners preferred (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, etc.)Two or more years of relevant experience in mental health, community, care coordination or case managementOne year minimum of supervisory experience preferredExcellent organizational, problem solving, critical thinking, time-management, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to remain professional and deescalate high tension situations when assisting stressed customersAbility to work independently and be a self-starter while remaining in communication with Project DirectorAbility to attend and contribute to departmental meetings and community meetingsAbility to interact with individuals of all cultures and levels of authorityExperienced with Microsoft Office programs with exceptional computer skillsModerate travel required About our Line of Business Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.
